Bespoke Experience

Your experience at Il Casone includes the exclusive use of its five hectares of hilltop land and its views, daily breakfast and daily cleaning, and your personal host — the owner — who will be thrilled to share his knowledge of the region so you can explore at your own pace.

The festive weeks (21 December – 9 January) are arranged personally with your host. In peak and festive weeks we welcome you on a Saturday or a Sunday; in low and mid season any day of the week can be your first. Our first available weeks begin on 1 December 2026 — the current year is already spoken for.

Our signature — everything taken care of

Golden Experience

We change the paradigm and bring the African concept of all-inclusive lodging to Italy: you do not pay for the house, you have a per person rate for an all-inclusive experience. It includes return private transfer from Rome or Florence airport or city, the exclusive use of the five hectares and its views, daily breakfast, lunch and dinner (some dinners in local restaurants, some at home) with pre-selected local wines and spirits, daily cleaning, and a selection of daily activities chosen from your experiences menu.

And one day of that week is not on the menu at all. It is arranged by us, it takes place somewhere every traveller dreams of seeing, and it is lived in a way almost nobody gets to live it. We would rather not spoil it here — ask your host, or simply let it happen.

The highest bar we know how to set

Platinum Experience

Here we set the bar very high. Take every inclusion of the Golden Experience and add four days of private helicopter to expand your horizons, minimise your driving time, and add that unique bird's eye view over our fascinating Italy.

We pick the machine around your programme, to get the best of the experience without paying for aircraft you do not need. Most weeks that means an AS350 B3 or a Bell 407.

We highly recommend Platinum as a second week: the first week Golden, the second Platinum. Or combine two Platinum weeks for the perfect explore-and-relax blend.

The single largest variable is the number of helicopters your party needs: two and four guests fly in one machine, six and eight in two, ten in three. And because a Platinum week deserves a wholly bespoke programme — with far too many variables to reduce to a table — the figures above are indicative only, a place to start the conversation rather than a quotation.
